Plain and simple - we’re looking for someone that’s very data-driven and has strong experience and interest in Marketing, but also possesses outstanding design sense, strong communication skills, and loves great branding.
Purely numbers geeks won’t cut it (we love you, but it’s not what we’re looking for this time) - we are looking for that unique gem that can operationally execute marketing campaigns and at the same time will put great attention to detail to design beautiful marketing materials, awesome copy for the ads and create awareness while building a strong brand.

Work as part of a lean team to grow Snapask’s acquisition marketing channels locally, including display, mobile, paid social, and affiliate marketing.

Test new marketing channels and ad products. Own the process from tracking and technical integration to trafficking campaigns, optimizing, and determining whether to run ongoing. Produce valuable and engaging content for our social media and acquisition channel that attracts and converts our target audience.

Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

・
1-2 years experience in operationally executing channels like SEM, SEO, paid social, affiliate, display, EDM, and video marketing, and running campaigns on a CPM, CPC and CPA basis.
・
Experience in using Marketing Tools such as Google Ads, Facebook ads, AppsFlyer and Braze is desired.
・
Fluency in English and local language. Fluency in Chinese language is a bonus.
・
Excellent Copywriting skills are a bonus.
・
Hyper-analytical and passionate about testing, data, and metrics. Expertise with Excel is a must;

Excellent at presenting diverse information in a clear, concise manner with a data supported point of view.
・
Must be a good team player, responsible, positive mind and energetic.

Have proven ability to take initiative and attentive to details.
