What you can expect to do

Respond to customer inquiries timely and effectively.

In charge of engagement channels (Emails, Messenger & Facebook Groups).

Initiate engagement projects for the purpose of activation and retention.

Advance customer service experience, create engaged clients and promote organic growth.

Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.

Perfect service procedures, policies, and standards.

Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.

Review statistics and compile accurate reporting.

What we value

At least 3 years of experience relevant to the sales and customer relations (with start-up would be a plus).

Be able to empathise with others and imagine what it's like being in another person's shoes.

Be detail-oriented, proactive and have the drive to meet the needs of those around you.

Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.

Good with numbers and be equipped with a growth mindset.

Have high ownership of tasks, projects, and initiatives to constantly improve our product.
