Founded in 2015 in Hong Kong, with the mission to maximize human learning ability with personalized learning, Snapask connects students to quality tutors for instant 1-on-1 learning support. Our technologies optimise students' learning experience with efficient and accurate tutor matching, content recommendation and learning data visualisation. Snapask is now in 8 markets in Asia including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan and South Korea, supporting over 3 million students with over 350,000 qualified tutors from top universities.

Since 2017, we have been working closely with school teachers to liberate learning data and identify how analytics can best support them in classroom settings. This formed the foundation of our new brand, Wizmo, which will focus on ‘learner analytics’ and ‘content recommendation’ development. We are looking for someone who is passionate about education, and is ready to bring this product to the next level.

What you can expect to do

Curate articles and video content related to learner analytics and content recommendation for school marketing.

Develop copy writing and video materials for sales collateral and website to enhance sales processes.

Create and launch videos, short clips for social media, online marketing and external ads.

Ideate and plan experiments to improve brand voice, brand positioning and SEO rankings.

Support user research to better understand the perceptions and challenges of our target audience.

What we value

Set of video editing skills, preferably Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.

Highly experienced an knowledgeable about multi channel ads ( Google, Facebook, Tiktok, Naver ) and analytic tools for app marketing.

Degree holder with major in translation, language, journalism, advertising, marketing film, production or related discipline is a plus.

2~3 year experience in video production / education-related content production and content marketing.
