Founded in 2015 in Hong Kong, with the mission to maximize human learning ability with personalized learning, Snapask connects students to quality tutors for instant 1-on-1 learning support. Our technologies optimise students' learning experience with efficient and accurate tutor matching, content recommendation and learning data visualisation. Snapask is now in 8 markets in Asia including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan and South Korea, supporting over 3 million students with over 350,000 qualified tutors from top universities.

Our Talent and Community Development Team represents the Snapask within the wider Edtech ecosystem, bringing together like-minded individuals and institutions who understand the value of collaboration and are able to positively contribute to each other’s development.

What you can expect to do

Snapask’s Brand awareness and outreach - raising awareness of our brand and creating opportunities for meaningful engagement with key stakeholders. This will involve hosting relevant events with external audiences (talks, round tables etc). Participating in conferences and speaking engagements, networking, and more.

Maintain goodwill and long term relationship - serves as key contact window with talents, when contract negotiation, logistics and on-site, post-production launch

Grow engagement with stakeholders in the Edtech ecosystem - you will represent Snapask externally, raising awareness of our brand and creating opportunities for meaningful engagement with key stakeholders - Mentors from top-tier firms, teachers or principal from schools and other educational institutions, journalists, medias etc.

Lead business development - you are responsible for anything and everything related to stakeholder management, business development and partnership opportunities.

What we value

2+ years in business development, partnerships, or other account management related roles;

Fluent in English and excellent communication skills with a consultative sales approach and be a strong persuader and influencer;

Comfort in a face-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment;

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously;

Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans;

Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

Strong writing skills in drafting pitching proposal and so on,maintain smooth communications with external partners in professional manner.
