Founded in 2015 in Hong Kong, with the mission to maximize human learning ability with personalized learning, Snapask connects students to quality tutors for instant 1-on-1 learning support. Our technologies optimise students' learning experience with efficient and accurate tutor matching, content recommendation and learning data visualisation. Snapask is now in 8 markets in Asia including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan and South Korea, supporting over 3 million students with over 350,000 qualified tutors from top universities.

On top of offering subscriptions on tutor Q&A service, we develop topic-based academic courses with live coaching support for students going through exam-preparations in high schools and universities. We are looking for talents specialised in the content development field to join us, to create and redefine the next generation of education.


What you can expect to do

Oversee a team of content project managers, production crew, editors, copywriters, visual and effect designers to produce and launch academic courses.

Spearhead the course production from ideation, script writing, talent sourcing, go-to-market planning and execution, and production and post-production workflow coordination with team members.

Work directly with members from cross-regional marketing, sales and operation team, to plan and execute the go-to-market strategy of courses produced to achieve the assigned targets on sales and profitability.

Manage budget and optimise return on investment for course projects, review and approve production budget, timeline and execution plans submitted by team members.

What we value

7 years of experience in the creative and content production field.

2+ years of experience in leading a team of talents in creative directions and content production.

Experienced in digital and offline marketing, with a strong business acumen and creative vision.

Highly skilled in communications and team development.

Experience in a small team or start-up is preferred.

Experience in creative agencies or broadcasting industry is preferred.
